The family-run place is wonderful. Enjoyable breakfast. Nice garden to relax in. Helpful owners. Good location for sightseeing. Peace and quiet. Warm and friendly people. Excellent breakfasts.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The proprietress Stefania was extremely helpful and put in a lot of effort to ensure that we had all appropriate information and help.
Despite the helpfulness of the staff, the double room we were in was not up to the standard of those in other establishments offering accomodation at the same price or less. The hot water system did not deliver a shower of more than about 2 minutes and required a long wait before a second shower could be attempted. There was insufficient space for an accomodation for 2 people with a kitchenette, I believe that the apartments on offer were far better value but the double room was certainly not of a standard to attract international visitors. Stefania was very eager to please so I hope she can recognise that she needs to make some changes to the double room accomodation if she wishes her project to be a success.

Friendly family run hotel. Location is in the middle of the nature with orange trees.
The owner has a few dogs who tend to bark at night.

The breakfast was enjoyable with lots of tasty options. the location was convenient, not too far from the surrounding attractions. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the owners.
The surrounding area was not great and did not provide a very attractive atmosphere. the accommodations were not warm enough during winter and took a long time to heat up, making for a uncomfortable stay.

We enjoyed the peace & calm. Stefania was very helpful & recommended an excellent restaurant where we ate superb local dishes with a modern twist.

If you want a peaceful and relaxing stay, this place is perfect. the garden is a beautiful spot to unwind after a tiring day of exploring the surroundings. the breakfasts served are excellent and the owners are very helpful. the location also provides easy access to the surrounding area.
The town itself might not be the most attractive to visit, but the real charm lies in the experience and the hospitality of the people.

That was the best place we stayed during our two weeks Sicily tour.We were looking for place to stay that was well equipped, nice surroundings, with a possibility to cook and located conveniently for going to Syracuse and Noto. It is agroturismo, within walking distance of Floridia, with public transport. The administrator- Stefany were very nice and helpful. We had no car and she took us by car to town and back, when it was necessary.
We was little bit scared to go by foot 1 km without pavement.

Easter break at this secluded oasis was just what we needed. The garden was delightful; it was so peaceful to sit and relax amidst the vibrant flowers. The owners were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a delight; it was served with care and attention to detail. We enjoyed easy access to the surrounding areas and felt safe and secure at all times.
The hotel was freezing! It took a long time to warm up, so pack plenty of layers if visiting in winter.

1. Spacious, very well equipped kitchen (including coffe, tea, spices, oil and other products available), whole appartment was of a decent size; 2. Nice, friendly and caring staff (called us in advance to prevail about possible problems with finding the mansion); 3. Excellent value for money (the price we managed to get was the lowest during our whole 2-week stay in Italy; 4. Impressive palm ;-) and orchards around
Things that were not a big problem for us, especially taking into consideration the price, however you should be aware of: 1. There's no reception desk; 2. Breakfast has to be self made (you are provided with some pastries, jam, milk, coffee and tea are available); 3. No markage - I belive it would be impossible to find on our own, especially taking into account fact that map on Booked.net was indicating wrong location (fortunately the owner called us in advance and came to pick up from city centre) - this was meant to be amended when I spoke to staff; 4. Internet problems - we did not manage to connect to wifi (again fortunately owners let us using their personal computers) - this also was meant to be amended when I spoke to staf

Spaciousness of living quarters.
Three apartment complex was isolated both from the town and from the remainder of the property which was a working farm. Felt like I was in the way.

Excellent staff (warm welcome and support from the owner), very nice apartments (very clean, well equipped, excellent bed), large swimming pool (with area for young children) surrounded by beautiful palm trees, lovely breakfast with freshly made orange juice (with their own oranges) and home made granita. The position is very convenient to reach Siracusa and other places.
Nothing to report

Nice place to stay on a working farm, very close to the nearby town (by car). Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Pool was a nice addition. Laundry facilities were available as well. Staff provided an excellent map detailing local restaurants, pizzerias and markets.
Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing fancy. Second bedroom in the apartment was a little small without room to put luggage.
